Panos oversees marketing across 49 markets, 10 countries, 150 offices and more than 5,000 agents. Her work has helped scale Corcoran from brokerage to global lifestyle brand while maintaining a cohesive creative vision across markets.
She has also pushed the brand forward digitally, helping Corcoran become the No. 1 most-viewed real estate brand on TikTok in 2025 with 37 million views. Through creative partnerships, agent education and global brand initiatives, Panos continues to strengthen Corcoran’s relevance while reinforcing its human-first approach to real estate.
