Under Nelson’s leadership, Sotheby’s International Realty delivered exceptional performance in 2025, with global sales volume reaching $182.4 billion, up nearly 16% year-over-year. The brand also became the most-followed luxury real estate brand on social media, ending the year with 1.38 million followers, while sothebysrealty.com attracted approximately 42 million visits.

Nelson also oversees the brand’s strategic relationship with Sotheby’s auction house, connecting sellers with highly qualified global clients through an exclusive marketing partnership. His work strengthens the brand’s connection to the worlds of art, culture, design and international luxury.

In addition, Nelson spearheaded the eighth edition of the Luxury Outlook report, a globally cited resource on high-end real estate trends, along with the brand’s 2025 Mid-Year report.
