June Campbell is chief financial officer of SitusAMC. She brings experience from prior roles, including chief financial officer and chief operation officer of a GE Capital operating business; senior leadership at GE Capital Markets; and chief financial officer positions in both public and private equity-backed companies. Her background across real estate finance has provided a foundation for strengthening business performance, navigating market cycles and driving sustainable growth.
During her tenure at SitusAMC, Campbell has led a finance transformation, moving the function from a fragmented, Excel-based operation to a unified, automated and control-focused organization aligned to public company standards. She established key leadership roles across Accounting, Treasury, Systems Transformation, Corporate Development, FP&A, Data Analytics and Global Finance, consolidated teams and set a culture of controllership and accountability. She redesigned the operating model, streamlined accounting processes, automated general ledger and FP&A systems in Workday and standardized reporting. Close time was reduced from more than 20 days to five, and monthly financial reporting was formalized to improve accuracy and transparency.
Campbell also expanded offshore Finance and Analytics operations to improve scalability and cost efficiency; strengthened data governance and working capital management; and implemented decision-support tools including product line profitability and segment allocation. She led historical revenue and margin validation for investor materials, executed portfolio dispositions and created a Disclosure Committee while maintaining engagement across teams in the U.S., Europe and India.
