Jeremy Ask is vice president of Finance and Analytics at Supreme Lending. Over the past year, he has focused on strengthening the company’s financial foundation while supporting scalable growth. He has directed multiple M&A transactions, overseeing valuation, diligence, financing and integration, and has worked to build financial frameworks that improve transparency and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Ask built and scaled the FP&A team, positioning it as a strategic partner to branch leadership through improved forecasting accuracy, scenario planning and decision support. He led automation of financial and operational reporting, reducing manual effort while increasing consistency and visibility. By introducing benchmarking across cost structure, branch performance and productivity, he supported finance’s role as a forward-looking performance driver.
He also partnered with branch leadership on recruiting, onboarding and growth initiatives by delivering clearer profitability insights, branch-level KPIs and performance dashboards. In 2025, these efforts supported the onboarding of 440 new sales hires, the launch of 75 new branches and the completion of two M&A transactions. In December, the company funded $531 million and is targeting approximately $9 billion in funded volume in 2026, up from $5.1 billion in 2025.
