Jeff Maddigan serves as chief financial officer of Servbank. He couples asset-liability management with capital strategies designed to strengthen liquidity, maintain capital strength and reinforce margin discipline. As chair of the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), he institutionalized stress testing, policy updates and board-level reporting to support faster decision-making and tighter risk controls. Over the past year, these efforts supported the onboarding of 148,000 loans, the addition of 10 new partnerships and the achievement of a net promoter score of 73.3. He also played a key role in the company’s OCC transition, translating regulatory requirements into financial strategies and execution plans.
During the last 12 months, Maddigan established a consistent ALCO reporting cadence integrating balance sheet scenarios, liquidity stress tests, hedging and derivatives visibility and net interest margin reporting. He drove policy updates and delivered consolidated ALCO materials to support executive and board oversight. In parallel, he led the finance workstream for the company’s upcoming merger and acquisition and OCC transition readiness, coordinating accounts payable system and product decisions and converting due diligence requests into deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
Maddigan works closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Information Technology and Banking to maintain a strong control environment while supporting growth and customer priorities.
