With more than 46 years of experience across origination, servicing, capital markets, reverse lending and financial restructuring, H. Marc Helm leads multiple mortgage advisory and consulting platforms. He is president and chief executive officer of ReverseAmerica Advisors, Inc. and Mortgage Consultants of America, and serves as a senior executive partner at Transformational Mortgage Solutions. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of CIS Financial Services, overseeing government-sponsored enterprise (GSE)- and Agency-approved platform restructuring and operational renewal.
Helm’s leadership spans regulatory change, market disruption and litigation across multiple mortgage sectors. His experience includes leading one of the nation’s largest reverse mortgage servicing platforms, executing mortgage system conversions and developing servicing and real estate owned (REO) platforms. Since 2023, he has guided enterprise-level restructuring and expansion across lending, servicing, reverse mortgage, chattel lending and insurance channels while continuing to advise on FHA claims analysis, repurchase disputes and operational due diligence.
In addition to executive leadership, Helm is a published author and frequent speaker, having written or co-authored more than 130 industry articles, authored multiple books and delivered more than 600 presentations. Through advisory work, executive coaching and expert witness services, he supports lenders, investors, regulators and legal teams navigating complex operational and compliance matters.
