Over the past 12 months, Medvidofsky partnered closely with Dark Matter’s executive leadership team to support the company’s long-term strategic direction. He refined long-term planning processes and introduced pricing frameworks expected to contribute approximately 300 basis points of incremental annual revenue growth.
