Wendi Harrelson is the president of KWRI Company-Owned Regions at Keller Williams Realty, LLC, overseeing operations in 13 regions across the United States. With over 30 years of experience at Keller Williams (KW), Harrelson has steadily advanced from a new agent to a senior executive role, consistently demonstrating operational expertise and a strong commitment to leadership development. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in recruiting and placing leaders in underperforming markets, stabilizing operations and driving strategic growth. Over the past 18 months, she has led training workshops and executive development initiatives aimed at equipping leaders to navigate today’s real estate challenges.
Harrelson began her leadership journey in the 1990s, first as a top-producing agent and later as a founding team leader in North Carolina. She then relocated to San Antonio to launch and lead a high-performing market center that grew to over 1,000 agents and ranked among the top 100 brokerages nationally. Her tenure as regional director of South Texas saw the region exceed 11,000 agents, one of the first in the KW network to do so. In 2015, she became operating principal of City View and, by 2019, was named divisional leader over eight regions. In 2023, she assumed her current role.
In addition to her executive duties, Harrelson is known for her commitment to mentorship and leadership at all levels. She balances strategic decision-making with a people-centered approach, fostering both cultural strength and measurable business outcomes across the Keller Williams network.
