Tammy Fahmi is the senior vice president of Global Servicing andStrategy at Sotheby’s International Realty, where she oversees operational support and servicing for affiliated companies across both domestic and international markets. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, she has played a key role in shaping the brand’s global expansion and business strategy. Under her leadership, the brand’s network has grown from a presence in just four countries in 2006 to operations in 85 countries and territories, as well as 46 U.S. states, supported by more than 26,200 sales associates. In 2024, the brand reported $157 billion in global sales volume.
Fahmi’s role emphasizes three primary areas: affiliate growth and profitability; agent recruitment and retention; and overall brand engagement. She led the opening of 37 new offices and supported launches of six new companies in 2024 alone. Her team also supported affiliate businesses in achieving significant performance milestones, while her retention efforts helped secure more than $260 million in domestic renewals. In the same year, she also played a central role in the relaunch of the brand’s global referral platform, which generated over $4.6 billion in sales.
Fahmi is involved in fostering advisor networks and internal affinity groups that promote collaboration and inclusivity. These include Emerging Professionals Network, Women Empowered and others. She also supports the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Recognized in HousingWire’s 2024 Women of Influence, Fahmi continues to guide the brand through its ongoing phase of strategic global growth.
