Sarah Reynolds is the chief executive officer of EmpowerHome, a national real estate organization recognized as the largest female-led team in the country. With more than 320 employees and agents operating across 10 markets — and expansion underway into an 11th — Reynolds has led EmpowerHome through significant growth while maintaining a strong focus on training, culture and client service. She plays an active role in daily coaching and development, with a particular focus on conversion strategies to help agents succeed in a competitive market.
In the past year, Reynolds launched several internal initiatives designed to support both performance and morale. This includes the Agent Growth Coach Program, which assigns dedicated mentors to agents across the company, and the 2025 Advance Day, a company-wide event built around the theme “Be the Difference.” These efforts are aimed at aligning EmpowerHome’s operations with its core mission of delivering high-quality service and building a connected, mission-driven team.
Under Reynolds’ leadership, EmpowerHome’s flagship Washington, D.C., Metro team became the top-ranked Keller Williams team globally. Meanwhile, the company’s expansion network has grown to rank second among all Keller Williams expansion teams. EmpowerHome has also continued to rise on the Inc. 5000 list, reflecting sustained business momentum. Beyond her work at EmpowerHome, Reynolds co-hosts the Empire Building Podcast and co-founded HerBestLife, a platform focused on empowering women in business. Her efforts within and outside of EmpowerHome emphasize strategic leadership, operational growth and a commitment to supporting others in their personal and professional development.
