Pauline Bennett leads Coldwell Banker Realty’s Northeast Region, overseeing operations across New York City, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island. With more than 6,200 agents and 83 sales offices under her direction, she has successfully guided the region through strong sales years, maintaining an agent retention rate near 98% throughout New England.
Bennett’s career spans over two decades, beginning as a sales agent in Connecticut before advancing into leadership roles across multiple states. Prior to her current position, she managed Coldwell Banker Realty in New England and the Carolinas, where she expanded operations and profitability. She also served as managing broker of one of Coldwell Banker’s top-performing offices in Florida.
Under her leadership, the Northeast region recorded approximately $21.6 billion in sales volume and nearly 29,600 transactions in 2024. Despite ongoing market challenges, Bennett’s focus on recruiting and supporting top-producing agents has driven sustained growth and operational success.
Beyond business performance, Bennett is committed to community engagement. In 2024, Coldwell Banker Realty Cares distributed over $250,000 to local charities throughout the Northeast. Bennett personally participated in fundraising efforts, including raising more than $15,000 for Covenant House through its Sleep Out Boston campaign, earning recognition for her contributions.
Bennett is frequently consulted by industry media for her insights on market trends. She holds a degree from St. Anselm College and enjoys golf, cooking, travel and reading in her free time. Her leadership continues to shape both the agents she supports and the communities her organization serves.
