Melinda Lesinski serves as the executive vice president and head of operations at Class Valuation, a company specializing in technology-enabled mortgage valuation services. With over 20 years of experience in appraisal and mortgage operations, Lesinski has played a key role in reshaping Class Valuation’s operational structure. She has led the integration of multiple acquired companies into a unified framework, streamlining systems, processes and teams to improve efficiency and collaboration. Her work focuses on aligning team skills with appropriate tasks, balancing workloads and standardizing best practices across departments, which include Assigning & Appraiser Relations, Client Services, Business Support, Specialty Operations and Digital Operations.
Prior to Class Valuation, Lesinski held senior roles at institutions such as Chase, Solidifi and Valuation Connect, bringing a breadth of expertise that informs her strategic approach. Under her leadership, the Operations team has enhanced transparency and communication, resulting in faster turnaround times, increased client satisfaction and stronger organizational cohesion. She has also been pivotal in implementing advanced reporting tools to improve pipeline visibility and operational responsiveness.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Lesinski has supported the adoption of new valuation standards, notably the UAD 3.6 rollout, by providing education and technical assistance to appraisers. She is involved with the Appraiser Development Initiative, which aims to introduce new professionals to the appraisal field while promoting technological innovation. Outside of work, Lesinski is active in mentoring women in real estate finance through organizations like Women Empowering Women and the Junior League of Greater Lakeland.
