Katharine Loveland serves as senior vice president and general manager of Volly, Powered by MyHome, a Williston Financial Group (WFG) company operating within the mortgage industry. Since assuming her role, she has guided Volly through a significant transition as it became part of WFG’s technology division, MyHome. During this period, Loveland focused on positioning Volly for sustainable growth and strengthening its market presence.
In 2024, she led the launch of Volly’s My Network expansion, a solution designed to facilitate collaboration between mortgage loan officers and their Realtor partners by automating co-branded marketing materials. This initiative aims to improve lead generation, conversion and retention for Volly’s clients. Loveland also oversaw a strategic integration with Optimal Blue, enhancing the delivery of real-time product eligibility and pricing information to borrowers.
Additionally, she organized Volly’s inaugural education forum, “Housing Market Snapshot,” which addressed the evolving relationship between Realtors and lenders within the current housing market landscape. This forum provided insights into how these professionals adapt to generate business and revenue in a shifting environment.
Under Loveland’s leadership, Volly has remained focused on improving client success and borrower experiences through innovative technology and personalized marketing. Over the past two years, Volly’s platform has supported its clients in generating $3.9 billion in repeat business, dispatching over 40 million emails and producing around 500,000 marketing materials. Loveland was recognized previously with HousingWire’s Women of Influence Award in both 2021 and 2023.
