2025 Woman of Influence: Isis Bravo

Isis Bravo

Isis Bravo entered the mortgage industry over a decade ago as a young Latina navigating a space where few shared her background or leadership perspective. Now, as chief operating officer of the Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts (HOME), she is reshaping what inclusion and representation look like across the industry.

Bravo’s leadership is rooted in authenticity, clarity and action. She has been instrumental in building HOME’s infrastructure and expanding its national reach — tripling membership, establishing a presence in 18 states and launching bilingual educational platforms, including a national learning management system. Her operational insight is paired with a deep commitment to building community and creating pathways for others to succeed.

Drawing from her own experiences, Bravo launched Women of HOME, an initiative dedicated to supporting and empowering Latinas in mortgage and real estate. Through mentorship, programming and peer connection, the platform offers a space for women to be heard, supported and elevated.

Beyond her organizational contributions, Bravo also uses her platform to drive awareness of issues like the Latina wage gap. She has written about Latina Equal Pay Day in industry publications, bringing attention to the economic disparities many still face.

Bravo’s approach to leadership is both strategic and personal. Her work reflects not only operational growth but also a belief in building a housing industry that reflects the diversity of the communities it serves. Through her efforts, she’s not just managing change — she’s helping define it.
