Carolyn Fugere serves as co-president and chief sales officer at William Pitt – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, where she plays a central role in strategic growth, business development and agent support across the company’s footprint in Connecticut, New York and Western Massachusetts. Over the past year, she has led the launch of the firm’s partnership with Final Offer, an online platform designed to bring more transparency and efficiency to the real estate transaction process. Under her direction, the company became the first brokerage in its markets to adopt this tool, which streamlines offer alerts and negotiations for clients and agents alike.
Fugere has also overseen key expansion efforts, including the successful integration of Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty in the Hudson Valley and the opening of a new office in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Her focus on identifying and executing strategic opportunities has strengthened the firm’s position in the luxury market. In addition to her operational leadership, she remains actively involved in mentorship and company-wide initiatives, frequently coaching agents and contributing to internal education programs.
A strong advocate for both internal and external engagement, Fugere supports recruitment efforts by working closely with brokerage managers to bring in high-performing talent. She also partners with agents to secure major listings, drawing on her experience and understanding of client expectations. In 2024, her leadership contributed to the company surpassing $5.1 billion in closed sales volume. She also supports philanthropic efforts, including organizing a regional networking event benefiting the Connecticut Humane Society.
