Alexandra Lumpkin serves as chief legal officer at The Real Brokerage, a rapidly expanding real estate company operating across North America. Since joining the firm in early 2023, she has been responsible for establishing and leading the company’s legal and compliance functions. Lumpkin played a key role in the development and compliant launch of Real Wallet, a financial services platform tailored for agents, ensuring it met multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. She also contributed to the creation of educational materials addressing recent industry-wide legal changes, notably the National Association of REALTORS®’ settlement and commission rule updates. Under Lumpkin’s guidance, Real Brokerage’s legal framework now supports operations in 50 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces. The Real Wallet platform has grown to serve over 3,200 agents, handling deposits exceeding $8 million and generating significant revenue. Her oversight helped the company resolve major litigation efficiently while maintaining momentum on key initiatives. Lumpkin’s work has strengthened Real Brokerage’s operational foundation, enabling the company to scale in a complex regulatory environment while maintaining a focus on sustainable growth.
