Rudy Zabran is the Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Analytics, where he oversees the company’s four business divisions and plays a central role in scaling operations to serve many of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders and investors. With more than 25 years in mortgage finance, he has built a career at the intersection of operational discipline and technological innovation, helping organizations improve efficiency, compliance, and client service.
Zabran began his career in mortgage due diligence at American Mortgage Consultants before co-founding Opus Capital Markets, where he helped grow the firm from a startup into a $60 million enterprise later acquired in 2014. Since joining Consolidated Analytics, he has guided the company’s expansion into a national platform that spans due diligence, valuations, consulting, fulfillment services, and technology. In recent years, he has championed the firm’s investment in AI and automation, including the launch of loanDNA, an intelligent analytics platform designed to unify data and documents across stakeholders and improve loan-level decision-making.
Beyond corporate leadership, Zabran has coached football at the youth and high school level for more than two decades, applying the same principles of discipline, teamwork, and resilience that define his business approach. He is also active in industry forums and client councils, where he contributes to conversations on transparency, compliance, and the future of mortgage services.
