What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
My grandmother always made a point to tell me how important it is to always work hard and do your best at whatever you are doing. I use this advice to help remind others that leadership isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about creating the conditions where the best answers emerge. I encourage my team to stay focused on the mission, hire thoughtfully, build trust, and always act in a way you’ll be proud of later in the future.
