With nearly two decades in product and engineering, Shivam has guided the creation of innovations like the single-click Automated Underwriting System with fungibility analysis, which clears conditions automatically and cuts cycle times by more than eight days. He also launched self-service home equity journeys and real-time “mortgage coach” tools powered by generative AI, helping loan officers improve decisioning, accuracy and borrower engagement.
His latest milestone—embedding agentic AI into underwriting—lets the system autonomously analyze income, credit and assets while maintaining transparency and control. Under his leadership, Touchless Lending now supports over 1.5 million borrowers annually, delivers satisfaction scores above 6.8/7 and helps lenders boost conversion by 15% and pull-through by 86%.
Shivam’s impact goes beyond technology.
