As chief technology officer, Damani built reZEN, Real’s proprietary transaction and analytics platform, which now boasts 100% adoption among more than 30,000 agents. The platform unifies messaging, compliance and payments into a single system, enabling Real to triple annual transaction volume since 2022 without expanding its support team.
Building on that foundation, Damani launched Leo Co-Pilot, a generative AI assistant integrated throughout the transaction lifecycle.
