Under Greene’s direction, Cotality has transformed the Matrix ecosystem. In 2025, he led the rollout of the Matrix Listing Input Manager, built on Cotality’s proprietary CoreAI™ platform. This allows agents to create compliant, high-quality listings in minutes using AI-assisted tools that caption photos and leverage iPhone LiDAR scans to produce instant floor plans and 3D virtual tours. These advancements, integrated through the MLS-Touch mobile app, have streamlined listing creation and improved marketing quality across the industry.
Greene oversaw enhancements to Realist, Cotality’s property intelligence platform, expanding its data coverage and AI-powered insights to give agents deeper local expertise. He guided major investments in the OneHome ecosystem, including OneHomeowner, which helps agents maintain lifelong client relationships.
Greene has led Cotality’s charge for responsible AI and security. He published the industry’s first MLS-focused AI eBook, Preparing for an AI-Driven Future, and drove the adoption of multifactor authentication across all client MLS systems. His efforts have supported the growth of organized real estate in over 29 countries.
