Christensen is responsible for working with the marketing and technology teams at Realty ONE Group to give our Affiliates the best partners, tool and tech offerings and service platforms that will help them achieve greater success faster. She has also led the teams to create, build and launch Realty ONE Group’s luxury offering (ONE LUXE) and soon-to-be-launched Commercial real estate division.
Christensen is a matchmaker of the industry’s elite and most efficient offerings with the wants and needs of more than 20,000 agents, while also working diligently to ensure that those Affiliates are trained and knowledgeable about all the UNBrokerage has to offer. Because of this, Realty ONE Group continues to onboard some of the most ambitious office owners in the industry and help them recruit and retain some of the best agents in real estate.
