The one habit that has helped me succeed in my career is consistency and resilience. When you continue to show up and work hard day after day — despite obstacles, circumstances and market conditions — you will find success. Consistency can always outperform talent. I find energy and joy in meeting with people, which makes the human aspect of my job easy. Some days, it’s harder than others to stay consistent, but those around me on our team inspire me.
