Ask Obi allows executives to extract meaningful insights from their Optimal Blue data using simple conversational queries, eliminating the need for complex reporting. Originator Assistant, embedded directly into the Optimal Blue PPE, analyzes loan scenarios in real time, identifying pricing alternatives to help loan officers secure better deals for borrowers. These groundbreaking products debuted at the 2025 Optimal Blue Summit, where 60 customers immediately signed up as beta testers.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Early in my career, one of our software directors said, “Stop coming to me with problems. Come to me with solutions.” Since then, I’ve used my time and energy to focus on solutions — both at work and in my life generally.
