What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?
The most important part of my career is to surround myself with kind and smart people. One of the main contributors to my growth over the past years at Opendoor has been the team that I work with. I’ve been lucky enough to work with really sharp leaders who have pushed me in a kind, but firm way. Instead of focusing on titles, or pay, I’d say focus on the people. I feel so fulfilled over the past six years at Opendoor because I get to work with really great people, both internally and externally.
