What is one habit that has helped you succeed?
I always encourage my colleagues, and anyone seeking professional advice, to be resourceful and build strong relationships. My own growth has been shaped by the time and mentorship of company leaders, and I’ve never taken that for granted. I’ve never been too shy to pick up the phone, ask questions and actively foster those relationships, a habit that has been one of the biggest drivers of my success.
