What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Failure is never fun, but it’s where the greatest lessons happen. It teaches us how to adapt, evolve and move forward — while making sure we don’t repeat the same mistakes. Take those failures and make them into successes. I always tell my team, “There’s no such thing as a mistake, just happy little accidents,” a well-known quote from Bob Ross. I try to bring that glass-half-full mentality into everything I do.
