Swetman was instrumental in shaping the Dara brand from its inception, infusing the design with meaning and clarity inspired by the Celtic Dara knot. He directed the creation of the logo, website and supporting materials to communicate Dara’s promise as the industry’s first end-to-end mortgage servicing platform. Working closely with product teams, Swetman ensures the user experience across Sagent’s solutions is intuitive, accessible and impactful.
Over the past year, he developed product demonstration workflows that have been used to showcase Dara’s capabilities to top banks and lenders, earning enthusiastic praise for their clarity and creativity. His leadership extends internally, too, most notably through the complete redesign of Sagent’s intranet, SPARK, which now serves as a vital employee resource.
