His strategic vision came to life in 2024 with the successful completion of Radian Mortgage Capital’s first two mortgage securitizations, marking a significant milestone for the business.
As senior executive vice president of Radian Mortgage Capital, Svinth is responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the agency and non-agency mortgage capital markets. Since joining Radian in 2019, he has led the conception, planning and execution of Radian Mortgage Capital, providing residential mortgage lenders with an additional secondary-market option and investors with a trusted partner. Over the past five years, he has worked diligently to recruit top industry talent, build core operational infrastructure and grow the business despite the challenges of a volatile post-pandemic mortgage market. His leadership helped secure over $770 million in prime jumbo securitizations and establish relationships with more than 100 correspondent originators and sellers.
