Additionally, she led the repurchase of $26 million of Anywhere’s Senior Notes at a discount, capturing $7 million in savings. Over the past two years, Simonelli has been instrumental in managing nearly $600 million in near-term maturities, leveraging Anywhere’s liquidity and ability to generate positive free cash flow.

She has championed the adoption of generative AI, implementing technology to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline transactions.
