Aerts was recently promoted to head of Anywhere Leads, a nationwide high-performance network of 500 brokers and more than 100,000 agents that sell homes faster than the national average. She oversees a team of 100-plus who support the network and she has redefined our approach to partner program growth and referral generation. Through the development and implementation of an innovative strategy, Aerts has introduced new referral partner categories, significantly boosting our referral quality leading to increased revenues and a healthier partner ecosystem.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

If you bring problems to the table, always come with a solution. More often than not, identifying the solution will put you in the position where you can own that work, leading to stretch and promotional opportunities faster than the traditional path.
