Julie Raisch joined Newrez in the role of chief strategy officer, spearheading the company’s market positioning, strategic initiatives and partnerships. She is also responsible for the communications and investor relations functions. She brings a unique set of experiences to Newrez, with past roles spanning fintech, proptech, financial services, and government.

With a fintech background, Raisch brings significant partnerships experience with an eye toward future partnerships to broaden the platform to serve every facet of homeownership. Raisch identifies and analyzes potential partnership opportunities for the company. With this focus, Raisch recently helped launch the Newrez Home Rewards program. Raisch drives the positioning of Newrez in the market, following the rapid growth of the platform at the time of submission, Newrez is nearing close of the Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) acquisition. She works with leaders across the business to further connectivity to the market, acting as spokesperson for the company through an exciting growth period, and is responsible for cross-functional strategic initiatives. She also spearheads investor relations for Newrez, in partnership with Rithm Capital.

Raisch works with the leadership team to shape and drive Newrez’s platform strategy to deliver a robust homeownership experience and drive value to customers in the purchase experience and through their servicing journey.
