As Vice President of Centralized Purchase Services, Colleen Stright is responsible for growing Radian Settlement Services’ national purchase title footprint, managing daily operations of title sales and escrow teams, and supporting the titlegenius digital purchase platform. While the last two years have been highly turbulent for the purchase market, Stright has turned numerous challenges into opportunities to expand capabilities, improve operational efficiency and provide more value. In addition to her many personal accomplishments and contributions, Stright has shown exceptional leadership of her high-performing, highly engaged team.

Stright’s multifaceted skill set make her a valuable asset to the Radian organization. Her impressive list of professional accreditations includes licensed title agent in twenty-eight states, licensed Pennsylvania attorney, licensed Pennsylvania notary, and a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent. She has deep domain expertise in all things title and escrow, including state specific nuances such as regulatory requirements, pricing, and local preferences. She also has an innovative spirit, with an affinity for turning challenges into opportunities. Despite headwinds in the purchase market, Stright has managed to drive business by broadening the company’s capabilities and expanding into new territories. 

In the last year, Colleen has introduced the ability to service bulk Investor and SFR transactions such as securitizations, as well as non-centralized refinance transactions. She also expanded the operational footprint to 27 states + DC, bringing coverage to more than 80% of home purchases nationally. Through these additional channels, Radian Settlement Services is able to support more customers and is positioned for continued growth as the market normalizes. 

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

Learning and understanding the process from start to finish. This allows me to troubleshoot issues quickly, improve the existing process and build confidence with the team. It also creates the ability to lead by example and be a stronger leader.
