Jennifer Leonard brings more than 15 years of DTC and B2B marketing expertise spanning the broadcast, retail, software, technology and mortgage industries with a proven track record in brand development, content optimization, and pioneering go-to-market strategies having orchestrated impactful campaigns for NY Fashion Week, Super Bowl XVII, NY Food & Wine Festival and Say Yes to the Dress. Her unique background includes innovative initiatives such as pioneering one of the first professional television live-stream broadcasts with Facebook and brand development for a joint venture with China National Radio in Beijing. Currently, Leonard heads the content production, communications, and creative teams at AIME to produce national, regional, and local conferences, a variety of digital and print marketing campaigns, launched a consumer-focused educational mortgage website, and continues the Broker to Broker podcast, which made its way into the Top 10 of Apple’s Non-Profit Podcasts.

Having worked with national and international brands in various industries to drive sales, viewership and digital traffic, Leonard has applied her expertise to lead AIME’s marketing team to propel AIME’s vision for the future. She drives all editorial standards and branding strategies for the organization, including messaging, user experience and content across all marketing channels. By leaning into data analytics, she has developed performance standards for AIME’s marketing efforts, which have increased the organization’s efficacy for streamlined functionality that focuses on high ROI with minimal spend.

Drawing on her extensive experience, Leonard is working to heighten homebuyers’ understanding of and access to independent mortgage brokers via print and digital channels. As the mortgage sector shifts and advances, she uses digital platforms to craft modern, efficient solutions for the wholesale channel, allowing them to keep up with the changing industry and enhance the broker movement.
