Stephan Leccese has leveraged his wealth of experience in real estate, finance, and technology to improve the experience for Lima One Capital’s customers. By delivering operational excellence to Lima One’s borrowers through his skills, insights, ethics, and professionalism, Leccese has led Lima One to close loans at record unit counts with the fastest closing times in company history.

Since joining Lima One Capital at the beginning of 2024, Leccese has driven loan production while also carefully managing credit risk. Under Leccese’s leadership, Lima One’s underwriting, processing, construction management, and valuations teams have reduced days to close while improving customer satisfaction.

Leccese has led the Lima One’s operations teams to reduce turn times by an average of seven days on fix and flip, new construction, and rental DSCR loans while increasing NPS customer satisfaction scores. He has done this by instituting and implementing new SLAs on proactive communication and by fostering technology adoption of new loan origination software, ensuring that increased speed also leads to an improved customer experience for Lima One’s real estate investor customers.
