As senior vice president of mergers & acquisitions, Tanya Ceperley has played a critical role in shaping the growth and evolution of First American. She has deftly navigated and completed complex acquisitions that support First American’s strategy, including 25 acquisitions in 2023 alone. She has also led industry-altering acquisitions, such as Mother Lode Holding Company and its subsidiaries in 2022 and Docutech in 2020, all while consistently demonstrating First American’s core values of integrity, commitment, service, leadership and teamwork.

Ceperley has been with First American since 1993, serving the company in many different roles. She was among the first employees hired when the firm launched its Canadian subsidiary, which today generates over $250 million in revenue.
