Mike Leone is a dynamic financial executive who’s successfully leading Bright MLS, one of the largest MLSs in the country, during the ever-evolving and complex real estate market. As CFO, Leone is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial investments, financial systems and controls, and tax and audit. Leone leads contracts management and has led the customer support and policy operations team in past years for Bright MLS. 

Leone is also the staff liaison for Bright’s Board of Directors’ Finance Committee. As a member of Bright’s Executive Leadership Team, Leone consistently provides expert financial guidance that positions Bright with the best financial opportunities while mitigating both financial and business risk. He’s also an advisor to the CEO, C-Suites, and the Board.

Since joining Bright, Leone has expertly managed the company’s financial controls and systems throughout the continuously shifting real estate market, keeping Bright MLS’s finances on track. Because of his expertise and contributions, Bright’s financial statements are issued a clean opinion from the company’s audit partners every year. Importantly, Leone has remained an instrumental executive working with numerous investors and participants to stand up two new joint ventures that are reinventing the MLS’s role in real estate.
