As the head of our finance team at KWCP, he oversees the financial aspects of 10 offices and is also the Founder and CEO of Brokerage Central Finance, where he uses more than 17 years of experience to build and lead cross-functional teams, managing over $6B in closed volume for more than 21 real estate offices and facilitating over 11,000 units in annual transactions from coast to coast. Guiding his team with expertise and dedication, Sargent has cultivated a notable reputation, as the team continuously provides financial support to Keller Williams brokerages across the nation.

Sargent spearheaded the launch of Brokerage Central Finance dedicated to finance process outsourcing (FPO) for brokerages across the nation.
