Michael Blake has been with Fairway Independent Mortgage as leader of the Capital Markets division for almost 14 years. As President of Capital Markets, he oversees and directs secondary, mortgage pipeline, interest rate risk, trading, hedging, pooling, loan and servicing sales, pricing, margin management, lock desk, investor relations, product development, agency delivery and more. Blake’s contributions, especially during the past two years, have kept Fairway in a competitive, healthy position during a time of great turmoil in the mortgage industry. He leads with excellence, assuring that his team is able to lock loans with confidence, and has remained price competitive.
