As Executive Vice President of Finance at Opteon USA, Kevin Groff is responsible for financial leadership of the AMC, Appraisal and SaaS business lines. Groff has over 20 years of experience working in finance with diverse industry experience including biotech, manufacturing, and commercial real estate for both private, public, and non-profit companies. He specializes in FP&A, financial modeling, M&A activity, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and driving operational efficiencies. He is focused on bottom line results through efficient process creation and interdepartmental collaboration.

Groff is a key member of the senior leadership team and has contributed to the success of Opteon USA’s finance initiatives under multiple economic and interest rate cycles. Groff has reworked the entire expense base of the U.S. operations to a more variable cost structure, enabling a 10% YoY gross margin increase, better forecasting and more informed decision making.

Groff also integrated legacy operations and new service and technology acquisitions into a new global ERP system. Under Groff’s leadership, the Finance team built a completely reimagined month-end close procedure, driving process and utilizing a shared service model that incorporates offshore transactional processing. This new procedure has reduced the month-end close time by more than 50% YoY.
