Greg Middleman serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing Freedom Mortgage’s Correspondent Lending channel. He has grown volumes to $5 billion per month and plans to significantly grow in 2024. This past year, Middleman led several large corporate debt transactions, ranging from $200 million to $1.7 billion dollars which has enabled the company to significantly grow its MSR portfolio.

Since joining Freedom Mortgage, Middleman has held several leadership roles in many departments across the company. He is on the executive strategy team, a leader in discussing the best course of action for Freedom Mortgage to take to continue to grow. Middleman oversees Freedom Mortgage’s Correspondent Lending channel. 

Middleman was given the responsibility of managing banking relationships and worked closely with other leaders to improve the company’s finance and capital raising strategies.

Last year, one of Middleman’s key achievements was leading the Correspondent team to produce about $5B of volume per month working with more than 500 clients, and his goal is to double that monthly run rate by the middle of 2024.
