Charlotte Simonelli, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Anywhere, leads all financial functions across the company’s multiple businesses and brands, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations. Under her leadership, the company is profitable, generates free cash flow and delivers on its savings commitments while investing in its future.

Even in a challenging market, Simonelli’s leadership directly enabled Anywhere to deliver meaningful results and make important progress on the Company’s financial priorities and strategic goals. She continued to simplify, automate and streamline operations — keeping the company on track to deliver an expected $200 million cost savings target in 2023. In 2023, the company launched a full Procure to Pay strategy, designed to simplify business processes, reduce costs, and leverage the enterprise’s scale. As a result of Procure to Pay, a new invoicing system was launched with preferred vendors and opportunities for monetary savings.

Simonelli also continued her focus on debt reduction. Anywhere is expected to reduce overall debt by $300 million in 2023 by conducting successful debt exchanges, open market debt repurchases and repaying a portion of its revolver balance. She continues to prioritize opportunities to further reduce debt while identifying efficiencies to drive long-term value and thoughtfully investing in our future.

Anywhere has significant advantages and Simonelli uses those brilliantly to drive progress on financials and keep Anywhere in a strong position as the housing market evolves. She is diligently focused on finding the most efficient way to execute the Anywhere strategy and lay the foundation of the future.
