What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?

I would focus on the importance of creating structure and good habits to achieve my goals. As the building blocks of performance, our habits ultimately determine who we become and what we achieve. With experience, I understand the discipline and sacrifice are required to achieve lofty goals, and I appreciate that every reward has a cost.
