Ying Wang

As a talented user experience designer and manager, with training in service and industrial design, Ying Wang is always innovating and looking for better ways for both consumer and enterprise experiences to scale. A true rising star in the industry, Wang thinks beyond the tactical steps in the origination lifecycle and imagines how technology and automation can not only enable a stronger consumer experience but also how it can cut days from the timeline to bring greater efficiency to lenders and servicers who leverage it.

As a director of product design and development at ServiceLink, Wang has led multiple mortgage applications design projects over the past five years and is a respected and valued member of the team. Wang’s numerous contributions to the EXOS digital mortgage platform, a first-of-its-kind innovation leveraging AI and machine learning to speed up and automate the mortgage process, has enabled significant order processing and vendor management improvements and efficiencies for ServiceLink and its clients. With her customer-centric approach, Wang is prototyping the next-generation, AI-powered mortgage journey. In addition to her work designing the EXOS user experience, she has led numerous studies with EXOS product users to support ongoing refinement efforts and has identified new product opportunities to further propel the industry forward. Never resting on her laurels, Wang is in constant pursuit of gaining knowledge that can support her efforts in automating and digitizing the mortgage experience.

Recently, she completed her MBA at Carnegie Mellon University with a focus on product innovation. She applies these learnings daily to her work at ServiceLink as a product design and development director, where she leads business line integrations and product innovation to improve the user experience, among many other responsibilities.
