In response to the dynamic demands of a hybrid work environment, she spearheaded the development of an in-house platform that empowers agents to schedule virtual appointments with 100-plus marketing experts for quick and dependable support. During the platform’s first two months of nationwide roll-out, agents booked more than 850 appointments, specialists catered to nearly 540 unique agents and appointments boasted an impressive 97% resolution rate.
In addition to her pioneering work on the NAA platform, Listanski has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving business performance and innovation through various other initiatives. She played a role in launching the Coldwell Banker Inclusive Ownership program, which stands as an industry-first franchise approach aimed at enhancing representation for minority, women, LGBTQ+ and veteran entrepreneurs within the real estate sector.
