Shaik’s work developing the customer 360 recommendation engine through a mix of dynamic and proprietary data sources has captivated nearly half a million global users since the app launched last August. Thanks to Shaik’s decades of experience in social app development, he has become an incubator for innovation in transforming how real estate is viewed and consumed online. On a day-to-day basis, Shaik is responsible for leading and executing a scalable AI/ML-centric data strategy and solutions for REAL and creating a technical roadmap to implement data products. Among his successes, Kamal is credited for many of REAL’s data product offerings, including its Customer 360 engine, recommendation system, sentiment analysis, predictive modeling and decision support systems.
