Carmine “CJ” Napolitano leads financial strategy and operations at Side. He has more than 25 years of experience as a chief financial officer, chief operations officer, general manager and CEO. Napolitano has also completed over $1 billion in corporate financial transactions. 

Prior to joining Side, Napolitano served on industry-leading teams at Propel, Electric Cloud, Computer Access, LeCroy, Centric Software and Wavefront Technologies. These companies all pioneered new markets and in some cases were ahead of their time.Napolitano earned his MBA from New York University, and BS in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
