Amber Kramer is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Guild Mortgage Company. Kramer has held this position since August 2020 and is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury, payroll and facilities functions within the organization. 

Prior to serving as Guild Mortgage’s chief financial officer, Kramer served in various finance positions at the organization, including as senior vice president of finance from 2015 to 2020 and vice president of finance from 2010 to 2015, a financial analysts from 2005 to 2007 and a staff accountant from 2004 to 2005.
