Tanya Reu-Narvaez serves as chief people officer for Anywhere, formerly Realogy. In her role, she directly influences all aspects of the employee experience, including diversity and inclusion, engagement, talent management, and compensation and benefits for the Anywhere enterprise. She was directly responsible for launching many of the company’s DEI initiatives decades ago, and influences the path Anywhere is paving for underrepresented communities through homeownership, entrepreneurship and careers. When she assumed the role as chief people officer, one of her top priorities was elevating the company’s focus and commitment to DEI. Her talent strategy is focused on strategically cultivating an inclusive culture to strengthen teams. 

Reu-Narvaez was responsible for the launch of Real Career Connections. This mentoring program for employees of color, in partnership with Catalyst, is a global nonprofit supported by many of the world’s leading companies to help build workplaces that work for women.
