Dunham has a proven track record in driving operational success. Since joining OJO in 2017, Dunham scaled the company from an initial 22 employees to 700 across five locations and launched OJO’s office in St. Lucia. This year, Dunham created a new hybrid work environment for employees. She and her team are working closely with employees through internal reviews and employee surveys to determine what should stay and what should change in the future for the organization.
